Anglian Water Contract Manager

Robinson Contract Services are looking to recruit a Contract Manager to manage the newly awarded Anglian Water contracts, the successful candidate will be at the forefront of shaping, implementation and ongoing development of the AW contract within the biosolids industry.

The successful candidate will support the delivery of operational excellence, prioritising the health and safety of our employees but also uphold and enhance the quality of all our service offerings

Key Attributes

This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional customer relationship and communication skills, ideally built on close working relations with the client

A hands-on approach will be essential to drive through continuous improvement in service delivery, H&S and operational performance.

The position reports directly to the Directors

Ideally living within our Anglian Water operating area (Cambridgeshire/ Lincolnshire/ Northamptonshire borders)

The role will require extensive inter-site, customer site travel.

The candidate will be self -confident and assertive, to ensure an effective, ongoing and structured approach to managing this contract.

Responsible for the ongoing development of contractual relationships to support the growth of the contract. We require a very close hands-on working relationship with the client to ensure a thorough understanding of their ever-changing requirements.

Ability to understand and manage performance via KPIs & SLAs.

Desirable Experience

NEBOSH General Certificate or Diploma

Ideally Extensive haulage experience

Experience within the biosolids Recycling Industry

Full driving licence
